For small print runs, we may be able to print the items for you, but for larger print runs (this by definition would be anything over 1000 sheets of A4 single sided, or 500 sheets double sided) we will happily supply you with the design files in Adobe PDF format which you would then be able to take to a high street printing company for mass printing.

To use our print design service, all you need to do is:

Specify what type of service you need (Design of business cards, compliment slips, letter headed paper etc).
Provide us with any required fonts, logo or photos to be included in the document.
Provide any necessary text to be included.
Provide any design ideas that you may have for how you would like the finished item to look.

We will then put together a design proof for you, which we will email to you for approval - you can also specify at this time if there are any necessary alterations that you may wish to make. Depending on the nature of the design task, we may then offer to print the items for you or alternatively we will email you the finished item in both 'Adobe Reader' and 'Microsoft Word' formats.

As mentioned in the price list above, we have 3 options for Letter Headed Paper - below is a brief explanation on what is included with each of these:

Letter Headed Paper - We will design a letter head print template for you, which you can then arrange to have printed through your own chosen printer.
Letter Headed Paper (Including A Word Template) - This is the perfect money saving print solution for those of you who own your own high quality colour laser printer. We will design a letter head that will include whatever information that you need as standard (For example, company address, telephone numbers, website address etc) this will then be incorporated into a Word template. The template will be 'protected' so that the masthead information (Company address, logo, website address etc) can not be changed by someone who does not know the chosen password for the document. Whenever the document is printed, your letter head will be printed automatically. This will save you money on having to have specific letter headed paper printed up, plus it also gives you the flexibility to change information on your letter heads without having to scrap pre-printed headed paper. We can provide you with an example of this type of 'Letter Head' on request.
Letter Head - Just A Word Template - We can provide you with a Word template that can be used in conjunction with the letter heads that we design for you, or alternatively design a template to work with your existing letter heads.

We will be happy to print items for you that we have designed, providing that the print run is no greater than 1000 sheets of A4 (single sided) or 500 sheets of A4 (double sided). Regrettably we are unable to print Business Cards at this time. Please note we only provide black on white printing as standard (although black on colour may be available at an extra cost).

PRINTING COSTS:

'Black on White' printing - Per A4 sheet = £0.06p single sided or £0.12p double sided.

'Black on Colour' printing - Per A4 sheet - £0.05p single sided or £0.10p double sided (Plus the cost of the coloured paper).

'Raffle Tickets' printing - Per A4 sheet = £0.08p (This covers the extra work of collating and stapling).

EXAMPLE PRINTING COSTS:
To give you a better idea of just how much it would cost for you to have certain items printed, all examples below have been worked out using 'Black on White' printing as standard.

300 Compliment Slips - would cost £6.00, this is because you can get 3 compliment slips from each A4 sheet of paper (£0.02p per slip).
200 A5 Sized Leaflets - Single Sided - Would cost £6.00, this is because you can get 2 leaflets from each A4 sheet of paper (£0.03 per leaflet).
500 A4 Sized Newsletters - Double Sided - Would cost £60.00, this is because you can get 1 newsletter from each A4 sheet of paper (£0.12p per newsletter).
2000 Raffle Tickets in books of 5 tickets - Would cost £40.00, this is because you can get 4 raffle tickets from each A4 sheet of paper £0.02p per raffle ticket).

Please remember the example printing costs above do not include the design fee. The design fee would need to be added to the example printing costs shown. You can find the design fees in the table towards the top of this page.

PAYMENT:
The only payment methods that we accept are CASH or PAYPAL (for credit / debit card payments). Please be aware that if you choose the PayPal option, the only payment cards that can be accepted are: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Switch, Solo, Visa Delta or Electron. If you have any doubts as to whether your card will be accepted for payment you must check with us before authorising us to carry out any work. Payment must be made in full before any final design templates will be emailed to you or before any printing work is carried out. We will provide you with details of how to pay at the appropriate time.
